VENUE TOURS

  • Yes! Head to our contact page and tell us about your event. Our friendly event staff will happily book you a free property tour. We’ll show you our indoor and outdoor spaces, and answer any questions you have about pricing and availability.

  • Of course! You’re welcome to bring whomever you like. That said, we do have a wonderful in-house event planning team who would be happy to assist you!

  • Yes! We host monthly open houses that are FREE to the public. Head to our events page to learn about our next event.

RATES & POLICIES

  • Learn about our wedding venue rates, including some of our add-on options, on our wedding venue rates page.

  • Yes. To secure your booking date, we require a 25% deposit and a signed contract.

  • We accept payment via check and all major credit cards.

  • If you need to cancel your event, please know that your deposit is non-refundable.

  • Although we do have a preferred vendors list, we’re not exclusive. We are open to working with all vendors so long as they carry the required licenses and insurance for their service. Additionally, we will allow you to bring in your own food, providing you agree to our liability release.

  • No. We’ll have on-site event attendants who will assist with trash clean up and event tear down, included in your booking fee.

  • Our venue is subject to the noise ordinances from the town of Gilbert. As such, we are required to stop all noise (DJ, bands, entertainment) at 10:00 PM. Here is a link to learn more about the TOG noise ordinance.

  • We do. Our team of friendly, caring, and attentive event staff will happily assist you on the day-of your wedding. We’ll help you with setup, trash cleanup, tear down, and more.

  • No, but you may have a sparkler exit on the patio area with prior approval.

  • Yes, you will need liability insurance for all event types. This can be purchased through our website.

  • We do not have a set policy in place at this time. However, we can help you source additional insurance that can cover the cost of an event cancellation.

OUR VENUE

  • Yes. We offer a convenient space for you and your bridal party to get relax and get ready for your big day.

  • Our outdoor venue can accommodate up to 300 guests. Our indoor venue can comfortably seat 60.

  • Yes. Please let us know ahead of time, and we can store your cake in our on-site refrigerator.

  • Yes. All of our spaces are accessible for wheelchairs and disabilities.

  • Yes. We have ample parking and convenient access for cabs and ride shares.

WEDDING EVENTS

  • Yes! We offer special pricing for micro weddings with around 60 guests. Learn more on our micro weddings page.

  • Yes! We’re here for all your wedding-related events, including the bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and more. Visit our bridal showers page to learn more.

  • You sure can! We have an open vendor policy, but you’re welcome to check out our preferred vendors page for amazing local caterers, bartenders, decor rentals, and more.

  • Yes! We have beautiful spaces for wedding ceremonies and receptions of all sizes and tastes.


When we lost our wedding venue 3 months before the big day, we were freaking out! After a year of planning, how could we find another good fit on such short notice?? This ‘hidden’ gem was a life saver - Marty met with us same-day, took her time discerning our needs, and was so nice and dedicated in trying to work with our existing plans.
