Non-Wedding Venue RATES

Book an Event, Celebrate a Moment that Matters.
We’ve organized our venue hours to fit the most commonly requested hours for the events you love to have. Of course, we can always customize your rental just how you want it.

We offer a 4-hour time block that would include 1 hour before your event to set up all your decor and linens. You would have access to both our indoor and outdoor venue spaces. Please note that all events must end at 10 PM.

  • Monday to Wednesday Rate: $1,200

  • Thursday Rate: $1,400

  • Friday & Saturday Rate: $2,500

  • Sunday Rate: $2,100

We book all non-wedding events 90 days before the event date.


Your rental includes the following amenities

  • Round tables and chairs for your event

    • 300-person capacity outdoor

    • 100-person capacity indoor

  • 6-foot and 8-foot tables perfect for gift tables, buffet tables, and more

  • We set up tables and chairs based on your event layout

  • On-site coordinator & event attendants

  • We take care of clean-up and trash removal
